Feelings & Roots of My Stress

If, invisible reader, you're wondering, no, I haven't been up to much lately.
I have a couple oral presentations that I'm pretty stressed about (I'm extremely shy, especially in talking publicly .-. ) One of these presentations is in CHINESE. And I am terrible, absolutely terrible at Chinese. TERRIBLE. And it doesn't help that I have a mini-crush on one of them, and that 99% of the people in my class like to talk a lot, quite unlike me. Sigh.

Another presentation is this debate we have to do. Sounds fun, right? Well, the problem is my timidness, again. It's a group thing, but my group (3 people) are kind of shy like me. Every time I go up, my mind sort of freezes and I can't think anymore... Any suggestions, please?

Oh God, I also need help on that part. Basically we're debating about the Hazelwood vs. Kuhlmeier case. It's about this journalism class in a high school who wrote a newspaper. In the newspaper there were 2 articles about pregnancy and divorce (it was a curriculum class, by the way). As a usual practice, the principal edited the stuff. Without the student's permission/knowledge, the principal deleted the 2 pages containing the articles (not the 2 articles, the 2 PAGES! The two pages included the two 'inappropriate' articles, and also some other articles). His reasons for this were that the pregnant students mentioned in the article allowed themselves to be put in as long as they remained anonymous. However, in the article, some characteristics of the people were mentioned, and the principal could tell who these pregnant students were. He was worried that the students would, too, and then it would cause a disruption at the school. His second reason was that about the article for divorce, the student mentioned how her father was so 'bad' because he failed to spend time with his own family, leading to divorce. The principal thought that the parents of the student should have been able to consent to the article being written, so he deleted that.

I'm arguing for the Kuhlmeier side (the journalists), who thought their First Amendment rights were violated.

Problem is, I have no idea what to argue for. ._. I'm totally stupid like that.

I doubt anyone actually took the time to read this whole thing... My sad life. *brb crying forever*
